AMARA CAY RESORT, ISLAMORADA , FLORIDA

 

One of the unexpected perks of our stay at La Siesta Resort & Villas in Islamorada was that we weren't limited to just one resort.

At the time of our visit, La Siesta, Amara Cay Resort, and Postcard Inn Beach Resort were sister properties, and guests could enjoy the amenities at all three. Although we slept at La Siesta, we spent quite a bit of time at Amara Cay Resort, which gave us a chance to enjoy another beautiful waterfront property without changing hotels.

And Amara Cay had a very different feel from La Siesta.

On my recent road trip to the Florida Keys, we spent three nights at the beautiful La Siesta Resort in Islamorada. Located right on the Atlantic, the resort turned out to be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Keys.
