The sand is incredibly soft, and the water can be a beautiful shade of blue-green that makes it hard not to want to spend the entire day by the water. Swimming, snorkeling, walking along the shoreline, or simply finding a spot in the sand and relaxing are all great ways to enjoy the beach. 

Water Sports and Outdoor Adventures

If you like a little adventure, there are plenty of ways to get out on the water in Panama City Beach. Visitors can try activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

The area is also known for artificial reefs and other opportunities for exploring the underwater environment. If you prefer something a little more relaxing, renting a kayak or paddleboard can be a fun way to enjoy the Gulf at your own pace.

Family-Friendly Attractions

Panama City Beach has plenty to offer families beyond the beach. There are water parks, mini-golf courses, go-kart tracks, arcades, and other attractions that can keep everyone entertained when you need a break from the sand.

One of the nice things about visiting PCB is that you can easily mix relaxing beach days with activities and attractions, making it a destination that works well for families with different interests.

Seafood and Local Dining

Fresh seafood is a big part of the Panama City Beach experience. You'll find everything from casual beachfront restaurants to more upscale dining options, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy Gulf seafood.

After a day at the beach, there is nothing better than sitting down to a good seafood dinner and watching the sunset.

Where We Stayed

One of the things I enjoyed about our trip to Panama City Beach was how close we were to the beach.

We stayed in a condo we rented through Airbnb. It was small, with just one bedroom, one bathroom, and a tiny kitchen, but for our trip, it was perfect. The best part was that we were just steps from the beach.

Sometimes having a huge condo or all the extras isn't necessary. Being able to walk out the door and be at the beach in just a few steps made this little condo a great choice for us.
