Blue Lagoon Farm: A Hidden Tropical Escape in Homestead, Florida

Tucked away on nearly five acres in Homestead, Florida, Blue Lagoon Farm offers a tropical escape that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of Miami.

Owned by husband-and-wife team Alfredo and Tania Rohaidy, the property features a beautiful lagoon surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It’s a unique place to spend the day swimming, relaxing, and enjoying a little slice of paradise

One of the lagoon's highlights is the impressive 75-foot waterfall, which cascades into the swimming area. Visitors can swim beneath the waterfall or simply enjoy the scenery from the water.

For the more adventurous, there is also a jumping platform overlooking one of the deepest sections of the lagoon. If you're brave enough to take the plunge, it's a fun way to cool off!

Guests can bring their own food and coolers, although glass containers are not allowed. Life jackets and inflatable floats are also available to rent if you don't bring your own.

Before You Go

Because Blue Lagoon Farm's hours and admission prices can change, I recommend calling ahead before making the drive. The property has also hosted private events, which can affect public access.

Address: 14451 SW 252nd St, Homestead, FL 33032
Phone: (786) 564-7118

If you're looking for something a little different to do in the Miami/Homestead area, Blue Lagoon Farm is definitely worth adding to your list.
